Report: Harry Potter Fan Fiction Blows
Swish and oscillate. Swish and oscillate. Good. Now repeat after me, “Wingardium letmetellyaabadjokea.”
Yes, area freelance writer, Dyson Smith does happen to dabble in Harry Potter fan fiction, thank you for asking. In Smith’s newest self-published four-hundred page novel, Smith shows us what Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone may have been like if Harry was not a human child, but, instead, a three-foot-tall oscillating fan.
“When I started on this journey it wasn’t for the recognition or the acknowledgments or the recognition, It was for Harry.”
Wow, not the recognition or the acknowledgments or the recognition? If you haven’t guessed by now base don the level of literacy displayed in Smith’s above quote, this fan fiction blows.
“Imagine an inanimate object trying to ride a flying broomstick! That would be nuts man.”
Another astute observation from Mr. Smith. Smith plans on releasing his ‘fan’ fiction rewrite of the second Harry Potter book this Fall, “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Wind.” He clearly isn’t giving much effort.
