Samuel Clemens Not Really Feeling Mark Twain Anymore, Opts for the New Pseudonym, Lil Twain X

CONNECTICUT—

The modern-day poet can be found more and more frequently dabbling around with rhyme on music sharing websites like SoundCloud or Bandcamp. While technology has aided in the putting of words to music, the urge to share one’s art under a pseudonym remains the same. A pen name nowadays, however, seems to require the prefix ‘Lil’ and we’re sure this would have Mark Twain rolling around in his grave. Rolling around, in hopes to build up enough momentum to launch himself through the dirt in which he is buried and directly into a homemade recording studio that is, as we’re sure he would like to give the rap game a go under the alias, Lil’ Twain X.

Yes, it’s being reported that the almost certainly fully rotted and absolutely 100% completely decomposed corpse of Samuel Clemens is dropping a mix-tape. You’re welcome. The EP is set to release this coming April 1st and includes the following three singles;

Samuel Clemens Not Really Feeling Mark Twain Anymore, Opts for the New Pseudonym, Lil Twain X
  1. Paint Dat Fence Boi
  2. I’m From Connecticut, I have No Real Problems
  3. The Adventures of A Former Sentient Author Who Wishes He Used the N-Word at Least a Little More Sparingly.

Listen to Lil’ Twain X’s new EP on all platforms this April Fools Day.
